Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Vanta Odds. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI football prediction platform.
By creating an account or using Vanta Odds ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Vanta Odds provides AI-generated football match predictions and statistical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling service. All predictions, tips, confidence scores, and insights are generated by automated models and do not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results.
Football is inherently unpredictable. While our AI models are built on statistical data and continuously improved, we make no warranty — express or implied — that any prediction will be correct. You acknowledge that you use any prediction at your own risk. Vanta Odds shall not be liable for any financial loss, betting loss, or other damages arising from reliance on our predictions.
Vanta Odds strongly encourages responsible gambling. If you choose to use our predictions in connection with betting activities, please do so responsibly and within your means. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek help from a recognised support organisation such as GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) or the National Problem Gambling Helpline. Vanta Odds is not responsible for any gambling-related harm.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.
Certain features of Vanta Odds require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay will result in downgrade to the free tier. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners and we do not store your payment card details.
All content on Vanta Odds — including but not limited to prediction models, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Vanta Odds and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our prediction models or data; (c) use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or (f) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection of your email address, usage data, and any information you voluntarily provide. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanta Odds, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
